How To Apply
STEP 1
Begin by ensuring your nose is clean and free from oils, makeup, or moisture. Use a gentle cleanser or simply wipe down your nose with a tissue or cloth. A dry surface is essential for the strip to stick properly and stay in place throughout use.
STEP 2
Peel off the two liners from the back of the strip to expose the adhesive. Be gentle and avoid touching the sticky surface too much, as this can affect how well it adheres. Think of it like applying a bandage—go slow to keep the adhesive intact and ready to do its job.
STEP 3
Place the strip across the center of your nose, with the tabs sitting comfortably on each side. Ensure it’s aligned on the bridge of your nose—not too high near the eyes and not too low near the nostrils. Proper placement is key for maximum effectiveness in opening up your nasal passages. STEP 4
Press the strip onto your nose and hold it in place for 5–10 seconds. Apply firm, even pressure, as the heat from your skin helps activate the adhesive. Once secure, run your fingers along the edges to press down any loose sides. This ensures the strip stays put, even during physical activity or sleep.
